Weird Taiko Wii 5 sound

Hello, i just made an account so i can post this. So, i "found" this weird sound file that i needed to slow down because its in the Tsumamigui Enso mode when going forward with the song. Does somebody know what this is? (its in a zip file so the site accepts the sound in the zip file)
