Oh, that's Seirogan 2000! I remember I've mapped it for osu onths ago. Actually, I've often displayed in the Taiko Time blog some other of these fake 2000 songs, all coming from NicoNicoDouga remixes (save Sotsogyuu 2000).  Here you are, with some new additions:
